We don't consider this a reason not to provide information to our players.
I can't promise any sort of timeline, but we are definitely discussing ways to let players know what they've purchased and when, and when their stipends have been/will be granted.
Well would it be easy/possible to add into our account info a date that says "Account activated" and the date where our accounts were activated which would then tell us clearly what day of the month to expect our stipend?
I know my NCSoft account does this in great detail even labeling each paid billing period since 2004
I have got two my next should arrive the 24th. You can subtract the days subscribed from the current date and should get it the next day. Here is a calculator. I started my subscription January 23 2010 so mine should arrive on the 24th each month.

It gave me a date that was certainly well before I subscribed...
January, I have no idea. if it came in, it was perfectly in the middle of me making my Last Chance Sale purchases so that I never saw it.
Some kind of email notice (even ingame) or whatnot would be nice. (Although after February's stipend, I know when to watch for it, so it's a bit easier now.)

Always worked for me. Set it to subtract in the drop down on the bottom let. Then the number of days in the days, in the days slot. Press the today button then calculate.
I have spent 12000 C-Points and still haven't gotten a ship.I will not try any more.Costing me way too much money.Same thing happened when the Bug came out.Oh well I do not need a ship anyway.Congats on the people who recieved one.
Put in a trouble ticket 2 weeks ago because I don't believe I had received any of the monthly stipends (ticket #1273941) ... so far, nothing communicated from Cryptic... can't even find the ticket in game anymore
