I've had the t5 excelsier for about a year now, however, I still have not gotten the universal consul that the ship is supposed to come with now. I tried decommissioning it and reclaiming it. And nothing. I have filled out a ticket but I was wondering if anyone eles has had this problem?

the T5 Excelsior was "reverted" back to before the console stuff, it no longer has a console anymore.

if i recall it was cause people were complaining that you needed both the T3 and T5 versions for the consoles inorder to get all your transwarps with it.

Yep - there's only one console now and that comes with the T3 Excelsior. It doesn't do much though - just adds a small buff to your lowest power levels (1-3 points depending on what buffs you've already got there) and a 50% cooldown on the Transwarp drive (which you can also get from DOFFs). I picked up a T3 Excelsior just for the console but haven't really used it - your T5 isn't missing anything
