Just to let you know...try not to destroy the generators.

If you damage all the generators to 10 percent first, and then destroy them all. Your whole crew can target the main generator and kill it before the first nanite probes get in range.
Why...you may ask? as soon as you kill one little generator the nanite probes starting pumping out. Leave them alive with 10 percent health you won't see a single one till you start destroying them roughly simultaneously.

except the op is talking about the Khitomer Accord STF, where no nanite probes/speheres are present. The 10% rule is meant to make life easier in the Infected Space STF.

Yeah... that's what we were doing actually. In the infected space video anyhow...
