I can count at LEAST 3 times when they have nerfed my cannons (And I admit the original 5000 DPS I did, may have been SLIGHTLY overpowered), but not anymore.
Cannons are where they are supposed to be... If cannons go down in DPS, then Cruisers and Sci's should loose AT LEAST 50% shield AND hull power...

Sure we can get the "Follow like a torp" go away... Then we just speed them up to proper speed, and blast your shields out the window.
That cannon blasts follow you is an artifact of the how the combat system displays weapon fire. They don't follow you actually. Its jsut that the firing gfx is displayed after the hit/damage resolution is calculated.
