not truly a bug but a problem. having this as a random passive rather then an active choise has caulsed me quite a bit of trouble namely getting killed when i would normaly survived for example im on a mission my crew is down and im one on one with an enemy im about to fire the last shot to kill the target when suddenly i shroud stopping me from shooting at the same time the enemy fires a spread attack at a cover shield my enginer boff had put up hitting and killing me in the process

If the cons outweigh the pros don't use it?
