Seconded!

I might not mince words a lot of the time, but I know how hard it is to work in this industry - so to balance that while speaking to us about it (no matter what you take from such discussions) is thoroughly appreciated.

Thanks.

While my experience with the Devs and Customer Support has been somewhat different to say the least, I would also like to third the sentiment shared by the other two posters

I may only be a n00b here, but I'm very impressed with how many Dev Post icons I've seen so far! Good to know you guys keep in touch with the community.

I also like how the dev team spends time here and replies to people. It shows that they care about the game and what we think. It can't be easy with the work load associated with an MMO like this either. Still it is way better than all of us floating around in space not knowing what is going on or if something will ever be fixed. (ps speaking of... thanks for removing the beacon from inside of Bajor! lol)

its not always easy for them to post here, with some of the posts i see and i'm not sure i would.

despite the pitfalls they face, thanks for keeping us updated and thanks for the free taco. it was yummy.
