Has it not been closed? We've been seeing a lot of trouble tickets inadvertently closed without notification to the customer. If not, then this timeframe of taking forever seems to be the new norm. Waiting it out is pretty much all you can do at this point.

From other reports, I've heard anywhere from a few days to several weeks. In an extreme case, I've heard about a customer waiting several months before it was dealt with and sadly it was some boiler plate that really didn't have anything to do with the issue. This switch from Cryptic to PWE has certainly caused quite a few issues with one from one company saying the other needs to deal with it and once you get over there, same old thing.

I'm sorry, this sucks but I suppose you could always just submit another ticket but I also suppose that'll cause more time to build up on your issue...
