Was using TS 1 & 2 with quantums in normal mode PVE today; not one heal. Tricky bug, this one.

Successfully submitted ticket ID #1,298,989

Found a way for the devs to reproduce it. Asteroid part of the mission "Minefield". Blow up an asteroid so there are multiple targets, TS: II, watch the heals roll off targets. Also noticed that TS: II did NO dmg to the large asteroid, but an unbuffed Quantum worked just fine

UPDATE: Retrained Tact Boff for HYT, replacing Spread. The effect is not happening with the former in place. But have seen it happening with other players who may not be aware of this condition with the latter.

Gonna to miss using spread for a while...this was a crowning glory done by the Devs, then somehow...it got messed up along the way.

You saw this happening with High Yield? Using what torpedo type? I could have sworn I saw my Heavy Tricobalt III doing some heal action last time I used it, but I thought I was crazy.

Correction--Not with High Yield, with Spread it is. As reported by others here...apologies

I tested the HY part, and saw no 'fast healing' from impacts, but with Spread it does happen.

I use Chros, Photons, and Quans only.

Well I'll be...I saw this too, but though it was just incorrect text coloring. I noticed it using photorps and Torp Spread 2 with 2 green doffs mounted. Have you guys tried with and without the corresponding DoFFs?

May be wrong here, but the only Doff effect is, shorten the cooldown time for torp firing.

That does not (or may) have a direct effect on damage.

Just found this:

3. That will be fixed in an upcoming patch.
4. Your hull % determines when you can use it, but there may be an error in the % reported. Also being fixed.
5. Again, fixed in a patch coming very soon.

Thanks!
