This seems like a winning combination. You get three possible procs (arguably the best three) for the price of one weapon type with maximum tactical console bonus. A Galor or Retrofit Excelsior with FAW 3 should be a beast of a ship with those bonuses, shouldn't it?
That's what I've got on my Galor at the moment with 3 Disruptor Induction Coils. The Plasma-Disruptor Hybrid beams and cannons have been my favorite since they set up the mission rewards to scale; they do an obscene amount of damage.
This is one the first weapons configs i run when i got my Galor, as i had 4 hybrids i have since moved onto to cannons and beam banks now with the spirals have to say like it the way it is so far more than when i had the hybrids on
