There are times such as after a great STF, or whooping the heck out of Mirror opponents, or even that occasional evaporation of an enemy in PVP that a slight celebration is required. For Escort such as the Defiant or BOP, a barrel roll ship Emote would be the perfect exclamation point. Since they are closer to fighters in method, it would even make sense... sort of...

So my request, give us a ship emote, just a little barrel roll for the escorts, those lovingly cared for overpowered eggshells.

Cheers,

That would be pretty cool. It would also be kind of cool to be able to do an Immelmann turn although since that has a distinct game advantage I guess it would need to be a BO Power.

A BO power for tacs and BoP only! Only available from Level 25 up or so. Make it a EARNED power and not a Store item.

I would pay C-points for a barrel roll Emote.

This totally would rock. I'd pay a good chunk for this too.

If you imagine the size of these ships (Commander onwards) it makes it all the more epic! Imagine a small village doing a barrel roll together!

I really like this. For now though I'll have to make due with the BoP wing waggle and fireworks.

If the Enterprise-E can perform a full rotate to protect it's dorsal shield (Nemisis), I'm all for allowing this to grow the game. Why does the game only have only 4 shield facings?

This topic is stirring back up from a previous post:

Honestly, it should have 8 facings.

The four standard:
Bow
Aft
Port
Starboard

The four additional facings in canon Star Trek: (As seen on the shield schematic in the same movie mentioned above)
Dorsal Bow
Dorsal Aft
Ventral Bow
Ventral Aft

For smaller ships 450 meters and below, it would be very plausible that the two facings of dorsal and two facings of ventral, would be combined into one facing for each - 1 Dorsal & 1 Ventral.

I also supportt this and would like to see it possible to use with the Galaxy X also. At the very least, added as a special Lance attack for the Galaxy X, like in All Good Things.
