Do you have any advices for my BO builds?

As a tactican i use the following BO on my BoP.
Bridge Officer Stations: 2 Lieutenant Universal, 1 Lieutenant Commander Universal, 1 Commander Universal

Tactican BO 1:
Beam Array: fire at Will I
Tactical Team II
Torpedo: High Yield III
Attack Pattern: Omega III

Tactican BO 2:
Torpedo Spread I
Beam Array: Overload II
Cannon: Rapi Fire II

Engineer BO:
Engineer Team I
Emergency Power to Shields II

Science BO:
Polarize Hull I
Jam targeting Sensors II

I'm not an BoP expert, but try swapping your TT2 and FaW1.

BTW, any particular reason why you have beam skills? Splitting between the two types reduces the effectiveness of CRF and FaW. I know that kinda contradicts my previous statement, but the ensign TT is all you need.

If you run a lot of space STFs, Hazard Emitters is invaluable. It stops the Borg Shield neutralization effect as well as the hull heal. If you hit it quickly, of course. It's a better choice over Jam Sensors.
