After a recent horrible RP encounter with Federation "flag" officers, my 'independent trader' character decided to buy and use only Klingon duty officers. We will see how that turns out!

Hm, the top 4 seem to be almost always humans, Vulcans, Andorians and Tellarites.

As CapnBludd linked the Hirogen is from the Khazan Cluster. The Reman is the limited boff reward from the Romulan series, the doff is the only blue colonial I'm still missing.
