# 1 Any Chance: Vic's Lounge?

I'm sure this has been asked but I wonder if this has been brought up at Cryptic.

Maybe a few slot machines for latinum?

Would make a great reward for the latinum store.

I know it won't happen but adding him singing would be epic. (I know, copyrights but a guy can dream)

The songs sung by Vic were classics, I guess no real copyright issues..... they could use another hologram as well. But please, no singing spam like the Dabo babbling. I want the ability to turn it off or on....

I totally agree with turning on and off.

I'd still love to just walk in, and I'll play it on my own computer if they couldn't add it in.

It's possible. We definitely couldn't show Vic. But the club is doable.

The nice thing is, I think all you'd need would be some texture swaps, a 20th century exit sign, curtains, and a Vic's logo unless you went wild and opened up the adjacent casino or city street.

To date, I don't think the devs have used the formal wear costume for any NPCs but that would be nice to see.

Heck, you guys even had some jazz music picked up for your Q event that wound up getting pulled due to an audio bug.

I think some of the supporting game lore claims that Vic has gone walkabout with a mobile emitter. It might be interesting to see what acts have moved in to keep the Lounge afloat.

Ventriloquist Dummies? Elvis types? Maybe an early rocker that Dan Stahl could record a track or two for?

Wouldn't it be possible to at least explore the possibility of getting permission to use his likeness? However in reality I think the Club & Vic would end up just being another Quarks; where people could go & hang out but no one actually does.

I would love to have a chance to walk around Vic's club, I just watched the last series of DS9 recently and had quite a desire to see it in game.
