I mean really...do they not test ANYTHING before they patch it (in the middle of the afternoon...)?
I dont understand the logic of this, but it was always this way:
1. Making a fix
2. Putting it on Tribble
3. Players tested it, made 100k threads about its not working
4. It still hits holodeck
5. Making new fix after 2-4 weeks
6. Jump to 2.
I'd like to hear repro steps on how it has been verified that Power Insulators are still not working. There may be a scenario I've overlooked in my internal testing. Are you using parsing tools to examine the actual amount of shield drain?
