Oh and i cannot access my prisoner for Debrief Prisoner. This seems to happen more and more often.

I had something similar, and it turns out a filter was on for some reason. I did not select it, but it was filtering out anything but a purple. Once I cleared that the Doffs showed up.

What are the names, genders, quality and specializations of all affected duty officers? If you could list out the specific assignments and info on what you were trying to slot into which ones, I can take a look at them and see what might be happening.

Regarding the Prisoner, did you acquire it on the Exchange, and if so, is it of your faction? (E.g., if you are Federation you need Prisoners whose faction is Federation, and species will be Klingon, Orion, Gorn, etc.)

It looks like you are trying to slot KDF duty officers as a Starfleet officer. While you can acquire opposite-faction duty officers on the Exchange, you can't use them. Making it clearly what faction is faction on the Exchange is something we are trying to find the time to do.

A Bolian prisoner would be a prisoner for the KDF, since it is a Federation species, ergo, it is is a KDF-only duty officer. (Presumably, Starfleet would free such prisoners as they acquired them).
