So power insulators works against power drains (target subsystems) but it it not working again any sort of power drains.

Tested with CBP, Tachyon Beam an tractor beam doff.

So whatever they did that warranted a mention in the most recent patch notes (the part about 75% and all the rest) pretty much didn't happen which begs the question, what did they actually do?

They reduced the power of drains by making me stack +35's where my flow capacitors should be.
