Here are some quick measurements of the ships in game (adjusted to real scale from player scale).
No, they're not EXACTLY the same as canon, but for the most part, they're reasonably close.

A little over a kilometer long? That's big, atleast for a Fed ship.

They're both different ships or "refits."

So it should be consistent in the commission dates, but for the NX, it just gets the NX original commission date. For the Constitution class Ent, the A has a different commission date than the original Constitution Class Enterprise.

This ship is the NX.

This ship is the NX refit.

They're very different.
Wrong. The NX-Refit is what was being planned for Season 5, in upgrading the NX-01 Enterprise.

And THIS is the NX-refit.

Based on the "Draft" being near identical between the Galaxy Class (148.15m) and Odyssey Class (147.57m), i'd estimate it to have about the same amount of decks. 43 in total. Ofcourse, that number might be able to pushed slightly higher, depending on the deck heights, and space between decks.

47 decks, would be an interesting deck count

Note that while the drafts are very similar, there are at least a couple decks' worth of height on the Odyssey, that are ONLY in the Nacelles, which would not contain decks per se.

Based on knowledge of starship construction of past Enterprise(s), there is atleast 1 "deck-like" area that runs the length of the nacelles. Service corridors, known as a Catwalk.

Seeming as a lot of people have posted their Odyssey specs, here are the ones I made up for the STO Roleplayers Guild, it's nice to see I was close with the height and length. --

However, taking the comment that "A couple of decks worth of height as the nacelles" that Tumerboy just said, I think we can peg the Odyssey around 41 decks rather than my low-ball estimate of 32 (which I got via counting an older image and the amount of decks on the Sovereign).

I know this may sound weird, but can we have the "Ship Specifications Pages" back along with the STO dev's specs of the Odyssey?

Also, on a similar vane, the "Vigilant class", how did someone work that out to be 32 meters tall, that's about three times the height of the Defiant Class?
