PSW is independent from Aux. I don't really know the values for PSW1, but PSW3 with three Particle Generator consoles and full skill will do about 12k to 13k damage. I imagine, that PSW1 will do about half of that. But keep in mind, that it has a 45 second cool down without Doffs, so maybe a CPB2 would be better with about 2,5k shield damage, if I remember correctly (also with the Particle Generator consoles).
