These items are one level lower, and subpar. Nonconsumable transwarp engine available in cstore. Also, duff accomplishment gives transwarp, anyone played more than a week already has those accomplishments. Doffs avalable in cstore. Face it, dilithium shop is crap atm.

Are you suggesting that blue Mk XI consoles are subpar? If so, you must be new to this game and not all that familiar with the gear system in STO.

There are actually Very Rare MkXIIs now given through a chain in the DOff system.

While there is decent stuff in the DStore it doesn't have anything that's top of the line.

Yeah, but the DOFF chains were buggy. And that stackable field generator has been the ultimate console of ultimate gameplay for so damn long.

Also, Very Rare Mk XI weapons are easier to just tap through the Dil store than to bother with crafting.

And my overall point remains, Mk XII isn't exactly the most intuitive or complete end-game progression. Sure, it would be in practically any other MMO. But it's not the no brainer "upgrade" it appears to be. Due to haphazard itemization created by the people who make the game.
