I'm sorry if this doesn't fit in this forum, but whenever I try to "Engage" it stops working and doesn't respond staying on that page, not allowing me to do a thing. Does anyone know why? My computer occasionally says "Low-memory" could that be it?

If you're getting low memory errors, that could very well stop STO from loading. How much RAM do you have?

If your hard drive is close to the max capacity then that could also be giving you the low memory warnings. What are your system specs?

That's critically low for a Windows system, and a few patches of this game could fill what you have remaining. Try uninstalling un-used programs, getting rid of large videos, and clean out all the various caches (get a computer friend to help you if you don't know how). It may be time to get a larger hard disk if you can't free up at least 50GB.

Also, don't bump (add comments asking for help without new details, etc.) more than once a day, it's considered somewhat rude depending on the forum.
