I have a Fed Engineer with fleet avenger class with just about every dmg resist/ heal buffs I can squeeze in plus full pwr to aux/shld, batteries,emerg pwr to subsy with timing and high skill towards power/hitpoints, hull n shield heals, 4 human Ldrshp boffs and 3-4 fleet mine elite mk XII neutronium armor with 20% turn, Struct 3 EPS 2,Omega 1, Pol Hull 1, Haz 2,TSS1, plus eng capt abil, and active doffs with added buffs to those affects, half/half reputation traits defense/offense.. etc, Just before the patch they were working fine, now they are not as I get cut down 3 times faster then before in pve and pvp vs klings on Normal Difficulty setting(seems like the elite setting or worse). The dmg resist stats appear to change as usual in the status screen but the effect is not as it was before the patch. Is this by design as a general difficulty increase to compensate for command abilities or something? or is it a bug?
Bug report #2- in game bug reporting doesn't show tickets, I've been placing reports anyway but not sure if they are received.
Bug report #3 often but not always, offline exchange sales do not add to EC assets, and expired exchange returns are often not being returned/lost completely, blank in the mail as well.
(Ripley: "Aliens" "Did I'Q's just drop sharply while I was away?...,MAAM, .. I already Said..."" lol) As I already said, everything was fine until the patch, now at least half the tanking /resists. I wouldn't go thru all the trouble posting here about this mess , as if I were a noob., I never do this, but this time this S*** is ridiculous, I'm only stating my observations
