Well, here's a (PITFA) workaround:

Create a dummy account. Buy CP. Purchase the tribbles. Mail them to your real account/characters.

Yeah, I'm getting the exact same thing. Brought one as a present and was going to buy another as a present for someone else, couldn't. Was sad. Not a bad workaround but Thirdup, but it would be nice to know if this was working as intended or a bug.

Just ran into this bug myself. Went to buy a ToB for another char and it is missing from the cstore. Asked around at DS9 and ESD and others said it was still in the cstore.

I ran into this too. It really sucks! I don't mind buying another ToB from the C-Store for my Klink toon, but at least make it an option!
