Ha, really? Oops.

Well, let me be more specific... I know they don't reduce the drop in power loss, but I thought they affected the rate at which it built back up between shots (as a "transfer" from the ships power source), thus getting you back to full strength quickly between shots. Is this not the case?

From what I've observed, EPS Flow Regulators increase energy recover after dropping out of Full Impulse, along with energy transfer speed between subsystems.

All of my ships use these three "must-have" consoles:
1) EPS Flow Regulator
2) Mk XI Field Generator (+18% shield cap)
3) Borg Universal Assimilated Module
