The fix is already on Tribble according to the latest patch notes, so it should be on Holodeck in the next patch (which would normally be Thursday's patch, unless they put it in sooner).

Odd, I've actually been fighting better than normal. Maybe it affects NPCs too?

The Rotate Shield Polarity flat turn bug makes turning seem slower, and more tedious.

Yes, Directed Energy Modulation and Feedback Pulse will inflict this bug on the target. Reverse Shield Polarity inflicts it on yourself.

Having the same problem, when in combat my ship turns very slow and there is no banking in the turn. The villains ships seem to work a okay. Also there is the problem with the shields as well they don't regenerate. So my ship is a sitting duck for the AI ship to shoot apart . I thought that they fixed this bug? Cmon STO lets do this the right way.

Sometimes eyes can play tricks on your experience. This may be the case.

When weaving for bringing your torps into the play does not work with the bug active, but does work normally, then it is not only a cosmetic issue.

Turning in 2 dimensions instead of 3 makes a difference. It is very prominent when you suddenly have problems pointing a Raptor or BoP towards a slow moving target.
