Marritza. Everything he said. Especially the filing system as a 'marvel of meticulous exactitude'

Q: What is this feeling? Oh... Oh, I... I'm DYING...
Guinen: You're hungry.

Data, having taken a drink: Eugh! I believe I am having an emotional response! This, this is...
Guinen: Terrible?
Data: [ecstatic] Yes! This drink is DISGUSTING!
Guinen: Another?
Data: Please!

EMH to Dr Crusher (First Contact): 'Please State the nature of the medical emergancy'

Dr Crusher: '20 Borg are about to break the door down, hold them off till we get away'

EMH: 'I'm a Doctor, not a Doorstop'

It's the 'I'm a Doctor, not a Doorstop', that I remember the most, it reminded me of Dr Mcoy

first one for the slash community

"Data, we have eight or nine minutes at most. Can you finish by then?"
"No, this will take slightly more time than we have, sir."
Riker and Data in ST:TNG "The Naked Now"

and for everyone else:

"What I want now is gentleness, and joy, and love. .. From you Data, you are fully functional, aren't you ?"
"Of course, but .."
"How fully ?"
"In every way of course. I am programmed in multiple techiques. A broad variety of pleasuring."
"Oh, you jewel, that's exactly what I hoped."
Yar and Data in ST:TNG "The Naked Now"

"They are inquisitive. They would like to know how you would endure."
"Endure what ?"
"Them."
[Pause] "One, or both ?"
Klag and Riker in ST:TNG "A Matter Of Honor"

"There are times, sir, when men of good conscience cannot blindly follow orders. You acknowledge their sentience, but you ignore their personal liberties .. and freedom. Order a man to hand his child over to the state. Not while I'm his captain."
Picard in ST:TNG "The Offspring"

"For the first link of chain is forged, the first speech censored, the first thought forbidden, the first freedom denied, chains us all irrevocably."
Judge Aaron Satie [by Picard] in ST:TNG "The Drumhead"

"You mind a little advice ? Starfleet captains are like children. They want everything right now and they want it their way. But the secret is to give them only what they need, not what they want."
Scotty to Geordi in ST:TNG "Relics"

"So, that would make me your .." [becoming a 'godmother' for Alexander]
"The closest analogy is .. step-sister."
"That would make my mother your step-mother."
"I had not considered that! .. It is a risk I'm willing to take."
Troi and Worf in ST:TNG "Parallels"

and pretty much everything in Darmok I love.

From TNG and such

"With the first link, the chain is forged. The first speech censored, the first thought forbidden, the first freedom denied, chains us all irrevocably." -- Captain Picard, quoting Judge Aaron Satie (The Drumhead)

"If you can't take a little bloody nose, maybe you oughtta go back home and crawl under your bed. It's not safe out here. It's wondrous, with treasures to satiate desires both subtle and gross; but it's not for the timid." -- Q (Q Who?)

"Synthetic Scotch, synthetic Commanders..." -- Captain Scott, Scotty (Relics)

"Q might have done the right thing for the wrong reason, perhaps we need a good kick in our complacency to get us ready for what's ahead" -- Captain Picard, to Guinan (Q Who?)

"Seize the time, Meribor. Live now; make now always the most precious time. Now will never come again" -- Picard (The Inner Light)

"Just a moment, Captain, sir. I'll explain what happened. Your revered Admiral Nogura invoked a little known, seldom used, reserve activation clause. In simpler language, Captain, they drafted me!" -- McCoy (Star Trek: TMP)

"No, I'm from Iowa. I only work in outer space." -- Kirk (Star Trek IV)

"Beans. My great grand daddy's recipe. With a secret ingredient." -- McCoy
"Beans and bourbon. An explosive combination." -- Kirk (Star Trek V)

"We need breathing room!" -- General Chang
"Earth. Hitler. 1938" -- Kirk (Star Trek VI)

"Logic is the beginning of wisdom; not the end." -- Spock (Star Trek VI)

"NO! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" <smashes rifle into display case> - Jean-Luc Picard, First Contact

"from Hell's heart, I stab at thee! For hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee..." - Khan (quoting Moby ****), Star Trek II

Bones - "What about the rest of the inspection?"
Kirk (silently mouths) "Later."
- Star Trek II

Kirk - "Spock, where the hell's the power you promised?"
Spock - "One damn minute, Admiral."
- Star Trek IV

"Chekov, Pavel. Rank... Admiral!" - Pavel Chekov, Star Trek IV
