OK I must have missed something. I found the ship box in my inventory, opened it hit ok on the information window....where is my ship??? I have the proper rank, it is not in my ship inventory, were do I find it?? Did i just dump my money down the STO black hole...help please...

do you have a slot for an extra ship? I'm trying to remember if you need a requisition or not. i would check those things out and then send in a ticket.

You need an empty ship slot to commission the ship.

The better news is, you can re-claim for free an unlimited number of the C-Store ships you have bought. Try claiming another one and opening it again. Maybe the first one glitched on you.
