Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message
The Culinary Credentials, Extreme Bartending, and Gaming Proficiency chains reward a title if you crit the last assignment (repeatable): Master Chef, Master Bartender, and Strategema Master. These each have something much less than 30% chance of critting in most cases, take 8 hours to do, and then have a 3 day (72 hour) cooldown. That translates to, at best, 2 attempts a week.
The specific assignment names are:
Prepare Traditional Klingon Ascension Feast / Repeat Traditional Klingon Ascension Feast [chef]
Talk Captain Out of Poor Choice of Professional Action / Talk Captain Out of Poor Choice of Actions Again [bartending]
Compete with a Strategema Master [gaming]
