Credit where it's due:

You guys have managed to avoid any unexpected downtime for over three weeks (last one on March 18th), so whatever you're doing has been making a huge difference. Keep up the good work.

I agree, I expected the unexpected downtime to be yesterday. I suppose things never run on time when its a bank holiday, I expect the downtime to be unexpected on a Sunday from next week.
