How are your fighter piloting skills, everyone? ... Word is that we might have need of some good pilots to help serve in the Alliance beginning this weekend.

For those of us within the Alliance, the Federation-Klingon War is a side note.

The true enemies are out there.

For us to continue this fighting is to pave the path of victory for

those like the Borg, the Undine, the Terran Empire, the True Way and all the others who are among our shared enemies.

So it is that we stand together and fight with honor -- Federation and Klingon forces alike.

Together we form the Alliance Central Command ... brothers in arms.

But a note to those out there who would fire on us. ... We might not fire first, but we will defend ourselves.

Qapla'! ... Glory and Honor to the Alliance!

If you are interested in taking the fight to the real enemy ... and enjoy living a good story ... point your browser to http://alliancecencom.com, register on our fleet forums and tell us of your interest in.

And yes ... We have Teamspeak!

The flagship for Gen. Hauk, Joint Forces Commander of ALLIANCECENCOM, is the U.S.S. Valhalla with regards to the FED side of the Alliance.

His KDF flagship is the I.K.S. Qu'In 'an bortaS.

With word coming down that certain missions on Fleet Starbases may well offer players refit / upgrade options for their ships, we are appointing VAdm. Miles Llewellyn (@Rwoodcock01) as our new Commander of Alliance Corps of Engineers.

He will be staying on top of all matters related to this topic to keep us informed so we do not miss out as more info becomes available.

Incoming communique from Gates of Sto'vo'kor podcast .... http://www.gatesofstovokor.com/?p=537

They are holding a contest that might just interest Foundry authors.

For person who creates the best KDF foundry mission featuring the Ferengi will receive a brand new Ferengi Díkora Class Marauder vessel!

To enjoy the full experience of Star Trek Online and the stories it has to offer, our fleet exists in both the Federation and the Klingon Empire as Alliance Central Command (Klingon spelling is "boq botlhra'ghom").

Based out of EST, extends from western Europe through western United States.

Specifically, we use Eastern Standard Time for coordinating events but our members extend from eastern Europe across the Americas. We do extend invites to others outside these timezones who enjoy teaming with us or are often around when we are.

Often, fleet planned events (and unplanned) will occur during the mornings from 7am EST to 8am EST evenings between 10pm EST and 12am EST.

Please note that we also have some members that are frequently online throughout the day as well as team up with members of fleets allied with us.

Let your voice be heard and let the DEVs know if you like or dislike the time gating of the new Shuttle mission / event.

I personally am not a fan of it and urge they just make it always available..

Alliance Central Command ( boq botlhra'ghom ) is a shared-universe / casual fleet.

What exactly does that mean?

It means that we not only enjoy playing Star Trek Online, but enjoy the backstories that surround our characters.

For us, these characters and the ships they command have a story and a history ... and their stories exist within the shared-universe of our fleet (both KDF *and* FED).

Remember also that we are a casual fleet.

What exactly does that mean? ... It means that we play the game as we the individual players want to play it.

Do you enjoy writing stories about your characters? ... Write them!

Do you enjoy writing log entries about them? ... Write them!

Do writing Foundry missions? ... WRITE THEM!

OR ... Do you simply enjoy playing the game and running the stories around in your mind? ... Yes, we welcome that as well!

For us, the story does not end with the year 2409. ... This is the year 2412.

Our shared universe reflects that.
