With the terrible changes on tribble creating a furor for everyone who has the slightest inkling of how to play, you'd think there would be a Cryptic response.

But it seems like instead they are going to stick their heads in the sand again, and arrogantly push through the terrible changes. RSP doesn't need to be buffed into an I-win invulnerability button, and you obviously don't need to make an entire class of ship unusable.

The longer Cryptic ignores the community the more teed off everyone gets. The common courtesy of actually talking to us and taking us seriously is all that you need to do. You're supposed to be professionals. Act like it for once.

I would like to have a respond too.. I didn’t waste my time doing test so it is ignored! At least let me know why you guys are doing this changes.

Since Big Al knows best, all systems feedback is categorically ignored.

I'll wager that the only response we will see is the release notes for the next patch, and with no changes.

The devs like to pretend they want our feedback, then they ignore it. Its nothing new.

And people wonder where I came up with my signature? From situations just like this...

Respond to what, loaded questions?

"Cryptic, why do you hate KDF?"

"Cryptic, why all the lies?"

"Cryptic, why do you ignore PvP?"

"Cryptic, why do you eat babies?"

IMPO, it doesn't take a warp theorist to see why a response hasn't been forthcoming. People asking these questions aren't asking for a civil discussion or debtae, they're asking for a lynch mob.

But these questions have evolved from questions not being answered from the get go.

I thnk that since this is a game, people tend to forget that its also a business and we are the customers. Chances are, if you have lots of angry customers, its not their fault, its yours.

I see quick repsonses on these forums to anything that compliments the devs or STO, but they simply ignore the customers who aren't happy about something and choose to voice their opinion.

I have my own business, and I pay attention to all of my customers, not just the one's that are happy. When one of my customers does have a concern or is upset about something, I actually make an effort to speak with them about it. Imagine that!
