Since today's patch the power levels on my Marauder Flight Deck Cruiser (wasn't able to test other ships) drop significantly when firing weapons (7 beam arrays). I didn't have such issues before, but now even with maxed respective skills, rare EPS Flow Regulator XII and Plasmonic Leech console, I find it difficult to keep my weapon power above 100. And even if I use EPtW, Red Matter Capacitor, or any of my engineering skills, I notice that weapon power level still tends to drop below 125, even though such thing didn't happen before
I'll ask directly - is this a silent nerf of some sort, or was this unintentional and can be considered a bug?
Just before patch I was tearing stuff up in standard STFs with my beam boat.
Logged off for patch, logged back in two hours later and noticed my weapon power dropping significantly (from ~108 to under 50), especially using FAW.
Yeah I know, that doesn't sound unusual, but, I had EPtW active and this wasn't happening before the patch.
Edit: Removed reference to EPS Flow Regulators. Research reminded me of a change ages ago that stopped these effecting DPS as the weapons no longer "recharge" but return to previous power settings when they stop firing.
A friend of mine says he's noticed the same thing on his ship when he fires Beam Overload. Previously the power level dropped to around 30-40, but now he reports getting completely down to 0 (zero).
Funny thing is, I didn't notice such issues on my escort, which also fires 6 weapons at the same time (dual beam bank, dual cannons, turrets). I don't even use EPtW on it, and yet I rarely go below 100 weapon power. Skill points responsible for power transfer are distributed in the same way on both characters.
Did they broke beams, or something? Because, seriously, even with EPtW and other skills and consoles I'm having a hard time keeping weapon power above 100 on my "beam boat". Add the brand-new Carrier Pet AI bug to the list and my Marauder Flight Deck Cruiser just got from one of my all time favourite ships in the game to being completely useless...
definitely happening, i tweak a beam boat awhile back to have consistent power levels even under faw. now it loses about 20 pts more. consistently, cryptic...why do your patches always break something else? all the good devs at neverwinter and you left interns here?
Before the patch my weapon power regenerated to 125 while firing. Now it stays at 55 all the time without any regeneration until the firing cycle is finished (no changes to my ship since patch). Its a significant loss of dps for me.

We know patches tend to bring small bugs, but almost every patch brings something critical. Is this on purpose? By all means, if it is, just say yes and we will keep our mouths shut about it.
I also noticed the same thing a couple days ago in my 8-beam Odyssey, my damage seemed to be significantly lower than before because my weapons power was dropping further than before the patch. Unfortunately, I can only say "seemed" because I don't have any combat logs for comparison.
I noticed it tonight actually, I rarely look at my power levels because I know round about where they stay. Tonight, all the "red" in the level bar in the weapons slot got my attention. It was dropping to 10-20%, when normally they only fall to around 90 ( 3 DHC's, 1 Dual beam, 3 Turrets, all XII Borg Pol's ).. I could be mistaken, but it also seemed that power transfers are really slow compared to what they used to be, unsure though..
