It was actually not even fun.

This mission was crap for the following reasons:-

1) After completing the puzzle the door didn't open and I had to sit around waiting 5 minutes before it did, during which I chatted to other players and died about 4 times.

2) The map was small and generally just a reuse of existing maps.

3) The doff should've been purple (or maybe there should've been an accolade to do that would've given a purple version instead of the blue one).

4) The lirpa reward was pointless. Most of us have a lirpa from other missions or the christmas giveaway and MK XI ones are easily craftable now at MA.

Now, all that said, it's only up for 36 hours and if it's basically just a short prelude to a proper story series that is in the works then I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. However, if, on the other hand, it's their idea of continuing contend, then it's lazy to the extreme.

Which probably took little resources to create, takes up very little of your time playing it, and gives you a new DOff.

What were you expecting? Gone with the Wind?

I was expecting something more than a reskin of a pre-existing mission type most people don't like for a "creepy" limited time "event".

How much in resources should be put into a Fri 13th only mission? Even being up the full weekend?

Apparently it was made in a devs off time and wasn't intended to be a temporary Friday 13th mission. So i'd say a few more things to do, maybe a hidden accolade, and more than just a single zone.

Still, labeling it an event was excessive imo.

So... it was made in off time? As in they didn't even pay the dev.. and you are expecting MORE?

I thought it was really creepy and interesting. It felt like it was building up to something.. then nothing. Complete non-ending.

I'll get to the point. It's the thought that counts. Thank you for the Psionic Lirpa, the Psionic DOFF, and spending your time to make the holiday mission.


As for scary, that didn't deliver. Especially compared to the Third Devidian episode, now that can still provoke reaction even after playing it a few times after all this time.

Why not? When you don't feel like doing something just use the old "CBS won't let us do that." excuse.
