So what, you get like 10 seconds of respit? It's not like RSP makes you invincible or anything. It's a handy skill to use, but not OP in any way.

An RSP III with Aux2Batt + 3 cd doffs nets you 1 green diaper every 40s. Crazy stuff.

Also, you are now the most selfish person in the team, and will subsequently die as your whole team died within the 10s that the diapers were on.

RSP grants you complete immunity to energy weapons. That in itself is a very powerful ability.

The fact that it heals your shields by converting incomming damage too is something that I feel should be removed.

If it were up to me i'd increase the duration by 50% and remove the healing component. Then in a few weeks take another look at the duration see if it needed changing again.
