I have two DOff missions I can't collect rewards on because it keeps telling me that I Fail. Need some help here.

Could be a few reasons why that might be but without more information, it'll be hard to tell what the issue is.

Judging from your thread title, is it something to do with collection of colonists from a job? Do you have sufficient space for them? i.e. are you up against your colonists cap?

Duty officer standard roster size is 100 without any roster extensions.

For colonists and prisoners it's 20 each.

If you are up against the colonists cap you could:

- Find one of the many jobs out there that use colonists
- Store some in your mail by mailing (say 5) to yourself
- Sell some on the exchange
- Dismiss some to make room (if all else fails)

If this isn't the issue, you might want to describe what's going on in greater detail.

Then your "passenger" roster is full... BUT... no harm done... Save the assignment you have untill you've started the colonial chains.

Thers one in each explore sector, and you can recognize them by the <mission objective (x/7)> under colonial.
once you finish theese chains you will get the chance to earn good quality DuOff's, but you need alot of Colonist to complete the chains, so stick with them.

Of cause you can always sell them for dilithium (the ones you have in your passenger list).

They disappear from the DOFF crew compartment when the assignment finishes, not when you start it.

You can also use your in-game mail as Colonist storage - compose a mail to yourself and attach 5 Colonists to it, and voila! I do this all the time, although I use it more to transfer them between my characters.

In my case I dismissed them. I got XP recruitments per colonist. So then I think it's good to ask them "get out".
