You didn't say $1000 worth of keys you said making you pay $1000 to buy a ship, thats something different al together. You never mentioned keys at all. And I never said you would get a ship if you bought $1000 worth of keys. My post never said anything close to that at all...

No I don't agree with the lock box system (look up my post history and you will see how against it I am) but they are not making you do anything. If you choose to fork over $1000 buying keys to try and get a ship (The odds you don't want to know) then that is you're own foolishness, not theirs.

Your local lottery commission doesn't guarantee buying a ticket means your going to win right? Same thing applies here. Instead of forking over $1000 in the chance of getting nothing, you are better off not buying the keys in the first place. They are still not forcing you to do it. It's a choice you make.

This is my 2 cents worth, but i've seen a post that state's that they dont want a lot of people flying alien ships on both the factions, so im guessing there a limited number of these ships that can drop along with the chance of winning 1 the odds are not in your favour. Best way of getting a drop box ship is to buy the keys and put them on the exchange and buy the ship from their.

Think I know the post you are referring to, it's something to do with contractual and copyright issues preventing the widespread release of ships from certain factions...
