Is there any chance that there are some plans for new skins and customization options for our ships? The Excelsior is a beautiful ship and it would be nice to have some more customization options for her. I know the only thing that drives me nuts about the Galaxy-X is the fact that you can't swap out the 3rd nacelle when you change the other two.

me likey, this is what i would imagine if they modernized the excelsior design in the late 24th century, next to the sovereign class and promoetheus class.
I never asked that they do. I simply asked about more ship skins and alternate costumes for it. I simply posted those pictures as an example to show how many possibilities for the excelsior design there are. The new costume for the Constitution, the exeter, was an excellent use of their time. I love the look of it. I just wish that all ships could be used at every level as why would any end game player buy a ship that has no use to them. I wouldn't buy the Exeter because its an inferior ship, although very nice. The excelsior has many possibilities and I love flying her, I just get bored because i can't really "Make her my own."
I would be perfectly happy, if the Excelsior would receive a little more Details. Especially the Windows aren't good. Compared to the Enterprise-B or the Hood, the STO model has significantly less window rows on the hull, making the ship look much smaller than it actually is.
It would also be nice, if the shuttlebay would be more detailed, at the moment, it just looks like a gigantic, empty hole in the hull. Besides, shuttlebays would need attention, too. I can't figure out, where it is located e.g. on the Nimbus class. There are more examples, especially on the re-designed ships, where the shuttlebay seems to have been forgotten.
