I have been wondering why Romulus could not be pulled back into existence. Considering the power of the "Ghosts of Air and Darkness" wouldnt it be feasible to find some way create a giant temporal rift around Romulus in the past and "pull it into the present"
I know it would take serious loads of power, but if you consider something like the Guardian of Forever and a couple borg temporal nodes i dont think it would be impossible -at the very least you could pull loads of Romulans from the past into the present I would imagine.
This would cause alot of strife between old and new governments and the such, but thats just sauce for the duck.
Why would the Iconians want to do that? They're the ones that got Romulus destroyed in the first place.
red matter doesn't create worm holes, it creates black holes. Nothing, I repeat NOTHING comes out of a black hole.
it may have passed in the 60's but if you're doing a reboot in 2009 you need to at least learn some basic modern science before planning a plotline.
Well, science has never really been consistent in Trek. Maybe the red matter detonation, combined with the energy from the Hobus supernova, opened up a wormhole. It makes way more sense than some other stuff in Trek that I could name...
