A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Definitely! Probably the only reason I still play STO.
The variety of builds (though it has slowly been decreasing), between weapons, weapon types, Boff powers, Doffs, consoles, ships, etc. I think it's great how different a Tac/Escort and a Sci/Escort are, even if they have identical builds.
The good fights. 2 balanced yet different 5-man premades just duking it out; there's nothing like it.
I found STO's PvP to be more fun than TOR's, even after only a month after launch in both cases.
I really dont enjoy being on a team thats just being ganked by the other. That said I dislike it just as much being on the better team. The best PVP's i've ever been in were where you couldn't pick the winner, it was quite drawn out with both sides gaining favor. Same for Cap & Hold, you dont want to be in it anymore then 20min, but it was GREAT fun.
Getting dilithium for it.
I'm struggling to do the ground accolades, seems quite dull compared to space. I'd love so new maps etc to tempt me out of my cosy warm ship.
Ursus_Arctos had a good idea about taking winning the fight, then beam down secure that etc, reminds me or a scenario in TF2 where you had to bring an objective to a destination, protect that then push it further on. Gimmie!
