I've noticed that sometimes (actually, quite often), all the different toolbars seem to overlap each other. While a fix for this would be nice, I'd settle for being able to drag the different toolbars around and arrange them how I want around the screen.

Or is this already possible? I can't figure out how to do it.

F12 lets you rearrange and resize the UI elements.
