Is there any consoles or equipment? Anything besides aux power to increase the effectiveness of this anymore?
I see tomographic imagers are not here anymore..Don't really see any spatial anomaly skills on anything..

What's the max -power effectiveness you can get out of this now?

I understand it won't stack more then twice anymore.... so best to just forget it exists for now.

Flow capacitors increases the Drain, but that is defended gainst by Power Insulators. Also the fact that it stacks no more then 2x any more means you won't see much from it's drain any more. Particle Generators I believe increases it's small damage.
