Dude your browser has been hijacked. Nothing to do with STO.
If all links in your browser get hjacked your computer is infected

get it virus scanned and malware scanned ASAP!

I'd look closer to home first before blaming STO. Like installing any Virus and Adware scanners?

I'm not getting this either - and if other people had discovered this, we'd know about it already.

Check your system again!

Denial won't help. People are inventing better computer viruses every day - they are often insidious (and can infect your computer, doing massive damage, without you realising it).

Personally, I have not had a PC virus in around five years; I'd recommend you buy proper anti-virus software. It's a worthwhile investment. Also, as others have said, others would have noticed if the STO website was not secure. Might be a good idea to investigate your own PC further before jumping to conclusions.

You may want to consider cleaning your system before you utilize any passwords or view any personal financial information with your browser.

You might also want to consider downloading Microsoft Security Essentials, Spybot Search And Destroy, and Ad Aware to help you with your cleaning.

Because nobody else is having this issue, my friend. And that's the non-sarcastic part of my post.
