The video was originally on a page called "Maximumdefiant", a site dedicated to the ship... You had to download it through a ISDN connection to even see it...

Just got the San Paulo!!! Wonderful ship, but it's a Defiant! No cloak! C'mon!

And it's so tiny..... But when I zoom in, it's too big.... But overall, great ship!

Well... It is after all a Tier 4 ship... If you want a cloak (wich you will remove anyways), you will need the Defiant retrofit.

Also: name one thing in STO that isnt oversized.

If you use the quad canon (which is phaser based) make sure all your other weapon are also phaser.
Dual heavy canons and dual beam array. (turrets or beams in the trunk)

And of course don't forget 3 phaser relay consoles!
