Could someone please either fix second wave, or let me scene skip so I don't keep wasting 30-40 minutes on second wave with the cut scenes only to have the mission not complete and I have togo back to the delegate conferance

working fine just completed it a few hours ago....again.

no, its not fixed. Since they put it out if you get all of the delegates to agree it screws the mission up at the end and doesnt acknowledge completion after the conferance

must just be you, i received my accolades and quest completion sorry. Not trying to upset you or anything but have no problems with quest at all. might want to try redownloading the game, might have some corrupted files somewhere. Even tried it with my klingon just to see if it was a faction problem and worked fine on him too.

have not had any problems with that portion of the mission on any of the 4 toons i have run it on recently (during original play and then when i reran it to upgrade gear). You might want to go beef up your diplomacy ranking though as that does seem to help. Also make sure you complete the side missions (which will help your diplomacy) for each of the delegates.

It's random and still there.

I've had it happen at least three times (GRound it out for the rifle for my BOFFs when it stopped being 1 per character).

Yes this mission is still bugged. Especially when you do it with a partner or two. In addition, I've had several instances were my KDF toons get bumped off of server talking to S'Tass about duties. That said, I have completed it multiple times solo. The randomness of the error is probably why it hasn't been fixed yet.
