***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

Couldn't they be borg that are free from the collective?

then they wouldnt be borg just former drones or liberated drones. once they regain their humanity borg implants will shutdown the drone.

Yeah, just like in "Descent" part 1 and 2.
