I was hoping by now to get the Devs attention to this issue. I don't see a single dev post in this thread. I hope their working on a fix. I have the greatest Foundry mission of all time to complete.

i know right im disabled and this is all i have to the outside world and now im stuck ive sent an email they said i would have an answer 3 to 4 bussiness days lol

your kidding gees that is slack if this isnt fixed within 6 hours i say to hell with it i got better things to do im seeing less and less reasons everyday for coming back and playing this game i was going to go gold but if they have bugs like this still in game it would be a waste of time and money

Look at my sig guys, it shouldn't be to hard to figure out how much time (and money) I spend on this game! This is obviously a Cryptic-side error, at the very least let us know you are on top of things.
I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. There are many others experiencing the same problem.
Have you checked on the Forums and website for posts and updates to see if the game is down for server maintenance?
It might be. If so, just wait a little while and try later. Review the Forums and website, and restart your PC.

Please first restart your computer and network hardware and try again before trying anything else.
You may have to be on a Windows Admin account, or have Run as Admin access to be able to download, install, update, and run the game. If on Windows Vista or 7, you may have to change the level of your UAC settings or turn them off temporarily.
After you get the game updated and get in game, you can uninstall Pando Media Booster or shut it down (PMB.exe in Windows Task Manager) if you start getting unusual lag spikes, system resource problems, bandwidth issues, or other network issues. You may need to update or install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. You may need to update your version of Windows, also may need to update to the latest version of DirectX and Internet Explorer 8 or 9 with Javascript enabled. You may also need to check or change your network settings. In addition, you should check that your CPU, mainboard, and CPU drivers are updated if applicable.
You can try adding the game folder/files to your exceptions list in your antivirus and firewall software. Please see the help menu or support website for the software that you use if you aren't sure how to do it.
At your own risk, you may have to disable your antivirus, firewall, and other security software temporarily while you download, install, update, login to, and play the game. Sometimes the security software will block it or throttle it, no matter what you try or even if you try to add exceptions for the game files in your security software.
You may also have to disable, shut down, uninstall, or disable any: torrent, keyboard/mouse, web browser toolbars, video/screen capture, gamepad/input device, multimedia, Instant Messaging, voice over IP, web browser games, other games software applications before downloading, installing, updating, logging into, and playing the game. Basically shut down all non-essential programs.
- You can try using the Task Manager built into Windows to review what processes and services are running on your computer that might be causing problems or using too many resources. Ctrl+ALT+Del and then select Task Manager, then select the Processes Tab.

You may need a program like Winzip or WinRAR to extract the file. Put the executable file (ends in .exe) in a folder location where you can find it easily, like your Desktop or Documents. Then just start it up.
Please note that the information that it shows is of a technical nature, and shutting down (or kill process) processes that you don't really know what it does can mess up or crash your system.
This tool is best for seeing what is running, and you can research the processes that you see online in a search engine to see what can or can't be shut down. You can also find out what could be responsible for any software conflicts, or if something is using too many resources on your system.

thats what im saying every since the ftp crap man just been riddled with problems i use to pay im glad i dont still it would be a total waist i guess im going back to the 360 lol ****ers and i really like the game when it works and i tried it still not going
needless to say, I am getting more then a little ****ed off.
wtf man really i just dont dee it being firewall or anti virus when i was playing just yesterday lol and we ar all getting the same errors and even when you sjkip the auto launcher the server still times out on you taking you back to log in screen but how can it be your system when everything else works my net is fine i can play every game i have cept this one and its not just you and me almost my intire fleet is offline and that is not normal plus being all over the world it sounds like they did something to the account server and its picking and choosing who gets on next how do you force verify or anything if the freakin launcher wont even open dumb asses i mean come on we r not stupid yes we have restarted and yes some of us have even reinstalled to no effect i saw one guy got the launcher exe from a friend online which fixed the launcher but still could not get on the game would not let him into the account so i mean **** they are going to lose alot of people not that people are not already mad about every time they fix something 10 more thing go wrong hire some better ****ing help and this automated bull re[plys i mean come on
Well if this doesnt get resolved before i get from work tonight, i am going to go back to WoW, LOTR, or LoL.
geeze i dont play wow but im starting to think about i mean **** ive been on here everyday when they r not shut down since atleast feb and it getting ridiculas i have one of my fleet metes sending me thier copys of folders and so on but i seriously doubt that s going to do either since if you bypass the launcher and log in the account server still times out and then they tell you to check your internet connecting while your talking to them hello can we have a brain please
