wondering if anyone else is gettin a bug where they have a very high success where is at 64% and a failer of only 2% and yet they still fail the mission

A 2% fail rate is still a 2% fail rate.

It's been mentioned previously at least a couple of times that rounding is involved. While a zero percentage is shown, there still may be a small percentage of something happening.

Why? Do you get upset if you have a very small crit chance but still hit it? You are spinning a wheel and sometimes the same luck that gets you a crit burns you with a loss or disaster.

Again a 2% fail rate does mean that the mission still can fail.

It does not mean that it won't just because the success rate is greater than the fail rate.

Sorry but it's basic math and percentages.
