I'm flying a torpedo boat B'rel Retrofit (for the giggles).

I'm trying to find a good Lt. Commander level Science skill that works well with this build, but I'm not sure which to choose from. I'm using this build for PvP and elite STFs.

I currently have Gravity Well 1, but am not all that impressed with it (except for the STF and suppressing carrier spam).

I was looking at Photonic Officer 2, Scramble Sensors 2, or Viral Matrix I.

What are your opinions on these 4 skills?

I used Cygone's intrepid build (shield stripping torpedo build) as a template for a BoP version, you might give some of the ideas a try.

I haven't tried Photonic Officer, and I have Scramble Sensors 1, so I run Viral Matrix for PVP, primarily for its ability to shut down the target's engines. In PVE I'd suggest sticking with Grav Well simply because it's an AoE snare.

USS_Ultimatum, thanks for the link to Cygone's build. I haven't seen that before, but it sounds like it absolutely destroys.

I flew Cygone's build adapted slightly for the hegh'ta for a while and with KHG 2 piece bonus it absolutely destroyed things.
