For the past 2 hours everytime I hit a loading screen the "Server is not responding" message appears and does not allow me to get past the loading screen. I have been forced to Control Alt Delete and end the process every single time. The Problem is not my internet connection The Game for me is completely unplayable. Not only that but 2/3 times when I am logging back in....the loading of the game maps hangs and redirects me back to the login page

Now I am completely unable to play Server not responding and Timeouts on loading screen....My connection is 20mb Download and 1 Mb Upload.... Could someone please help me?

I've been having this alot since the update thursday. Server Not Responding 150s+ real pain in the butt. Think they'll be rebooting it no doubt now the Romulans have been opened up.

Sometimes it works after a relog. Just alot of traffic no doubt

Been getting constant rubberbanding into timeouts since I logged on about an hour ago (Norway).

You might find me asking a stupid question, but it really isn't.
The updater is not running in top left corner? Mind, the higher settings the smaller text. Patch server can be really slow and the lesser of the connection the longer load. Duh...

A tracert would be helpfull aswell since it would rule out your connection and find the true nature of your problem. The guides to do so are posted in locked topics.

Europeans are having issues from time to time to get a good connection. However your connection aswell hangs a little, so it would only be worse for you the longer it goes. I live in Denmark and have an average of about 85 on good days and 95-100 on the US side. It's about 25-35 in Europe.
