Someone told me in another thread that you have to bind it to your on ground power tray, but I didn't see any walk ability when I looked there.

The chat command is "/walk 1"

Enter that, and you'll walk about instead of jog. If you look up threads about keybinding tricks, you'll find how to bind chat commands to keys.

It's an option in the key bind section under ground movement. You need to assign a key to enable it.

To create a walk toggle ley bind you do this.

/bind <key> "++walk"

<key> is whatever key or key chord that you choose to create the keybind.
For example

/bind F6 "++walk"

That will make F6 a walk toggle. Hit F6 once to walk verythere. Hit F6 again to go back to the normal job.

Thanks to the OP and the others who explained the process of binding the command. If I can figure this out my officers will eventually be able to comport themselves in a more dignified fashion.
