I hope this is in error. I am unable to mail my rank4 diplo-boff to another captain that needs them.

I got one recently and had no trouble posting it to the exchange.

When I found out they were bound, I just commissioned mine. I hope that hasn't changed, since I had originally hoped to sell it...

That's just stupid. Once again, PWE, you're figuring out ways to futz with the in game markets for officers. it takes INSANE time to grind up to maximum diplo, its not worth it almost. Just leave them unbound.

bound boff should be bound to account

After you commission them, are they still remaining bound? Are you able to trade the now-commissioned BOff?

I just got my diplomacy officer expecting to mail it to another alt and found I couldn't. I wouldn't have got another tactical officer had I known it was bound. It's not as if the game even warns you that it's bound, they never used to be.

After the disappointment of my marauder being uneditable (and don't get me started on the rubbish I got from the temporal lock boxes), I'm just getting sick of it. I really don't want to keep coming on these forums for to complain, but it seems like any time I expect something cool from this game it raises it's middle finger at me. I just want to get what I'm expecting so I can carry on playing.

My KDF got a marauder boff just a week ago or so and last night I stripped all items off of it and traded it to a random stranger for training in a specific skill. I received the boff back with no ill effects.


However, I am to this date unable to edit any 1 detail of the looks or appearance of the boff.

I think it's just fubar, is all. Par for the course. I hope they fix these issues soon.

I posted a GM ticket on the Diplomacy Officer and (after a couple of days) got a response that was basically "that's how they're supposed to be." It's interesting that Marauder officers are trade-able. I don't know if the Diplomacy one is customisable as I haven't commissioned it.

I wouldn't hold my breath for a fix or any response at all since this isn't anything to do with lock boxes.
